The idea began with a handful of units operated in Riyadh on platforms such as Airbnb, and grew into a full operation covering hosting, cleaning, maintenance and marketing.
We own and run the apartments ourselves, so you book directly with us — no agent in between and no platform commission.
We let in two ways: short stays booked by the night, and longer stays on a lease registered with the Ejar platform. Either way the apartment is furnished and equipped, ready to live in from day one — no furniture to buy and no utilities to arrange.
