What is your cancellation and refund policy ?
Monthly Rental :
After viewing and approving the unit and signing the rental agreement, the contract cannot be canceled and the amount paid is non-refundable.
Daily Booking :
The reservation can be canceled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the check-in time.
Long-Stay Booking After Check-in :
Guests may request to shorten their stay. The first 24 hours of the stay are considered non-refundable, while the amount for the remaining unused period may be refunded.
